                             Director Shareholding


The Company was informed on 7 December 2007 that Mr E T W Torr, a director of
the Company, yesterday exercised SAYE options over 3,056 ordinary shares of 1p
each ('Ordinary Share') at an exercise price of £1.24 per share. Following this
transaction, Mr Torr's beneficial interest has increased to 393,990 Ordinary
Shares, which represents approximately 0.75 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
