Cyan Holdings Plc (AIM:CYAN.L), the fabless semiconductor company specialising
in the development of low power consumption, configurable microcontroller chips,
announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held today, all of the resolutions
proposed to shareholders were duly passed.


Speaking at the meeting, Kenn Lamb, newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of
Cyan, said:  'I have joined Cyan at a very exciting time in the Company's
development, and look forward to working with the Board to strengthen and drive
forward all areas of the business.  Cyan's product offering helps customers: to
