                           Further Directors Dealing


Cyan (AIM: CYAN.L), a fabless semiconductor company providing configurable
application software and production ready modules based on feature rich, low
power, microcontroller chips, was notified on 2 April 2008 that, David
Gutteridge, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased on 1 April 2008,
50,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at a price of 7 pence
per share and on 2 April 2008, 70,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the
Company at a price of 7.4 pence per share. Following these purchases, Mr
Gutteridge has an interest in 250,000 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 0.2% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
