CATERPILLAR INC. FILES THIRD QUARTER 2013 REPORT ON FORM 10-Q

PEORIA, Ill. -  1 November 2013- Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT / NYSE Euronext: CATR / LSE: CTA) today informs its stockholders that its Third Quarter 2013 Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended 30 September 2013 has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
