(the "Company")

Annual Information Update for the 12 months up to and including 18 February 2010.

In accordance with Prospectus Rule 5.2, the Company submits its Annual Information Update, following the publication of the 2009 financial statements on 19 February 2010. This Annual Information Update refers to information that has been published or made available to the public in European Economic Area states and in third countries in compliance with the Company's obligations under EU and national laws and rules dealing with the regulation of securities, issuers of securities and securities markets. The Company is obliged to provide this Annual Information Update by virtue of having transferable securities listed or admitted to trading on regulated markets in London.
