RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ('EGM')


The Company announces that the resolution proposed at the EGM held today was
duly passed with unanimous approval.

Further to the announcement on 29 March 2006 it is expected that the acquisition
of MATRA Systems will complete on 27 April 2006.
