                                 BOARD CHANGES

The Board announces the following changes in the composition and roles of the
directors:

with immediate effect, Mr Graham Ashley, Director, has been appointed Chairman
of A Cohen, and Messrs David Weir and Julian Pollard have resigned.

Messrs Russell Sincock and Jim Ferguson will remain non-executive directors of
the Company.

Mr Ashley commented on his appointment: 'we will continue to seek out investment
opportunities for the Company'.
