Also within this section, is the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at Tavern Cellars, 39-41 The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 6TE on 29^th June 2011 at 11:00am, together with a Proxy Form enabling shareholders to vote on the resolutions to be proposed at the meeting.
