The board of the Company was informed that on 30 March 2006 Bernard Johnson, a
director of the Company, transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company
from his self-invested pension plan to his own name, at a price of 1.5p per
share.  The transfer represents approximately 3.69 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.



Bernard Johnson's previously disclosed beneficial holding of 3,744,569 ordinary
shares representing approximately 6.90 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital remains unchanged.
