                               DIRECTOR'S DEALING


The board of Creightons plc (the 'Company') was informed that Bernard Johnson, a
director of the Company, yesterday transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing approximately 3.69 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital, from  his self-invested pension plan to his own name.


Bernard Johnson's previously disclosed beneficial holding of 3,744,569 ordinary
shares representing approximately 6.90 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital remains unchanged.
