On-line Retail and Wholesale Platforms Launched by Craven House Investee, Rosedog Limited

The Company is pleased to inform shareholders and the market that Rosedog Limited ("Rosedog"), a private company in which Craven House announced on 13^th March 2020 it had acquired a 29.9% interest, has launched two on-line sales platforms to promote and execute sales of its health supplements:

· www.provitos.com - a B-2-C platform for the promotion, sale and fulfilment of proprietary diet supplements, including popular vitamin supplements and Omega 3 derived from fish oils, targeted at consumers and delivered to purchasers' homes. The products will consist primarily of diet supplements that have been developed and produced over the past 23 years by Vital Pharma AS in the Norwegian city of Trondheim. Products supplied through the platform will be branded " Pro -Vitos ";

· www.biovitos.com - a B-2-B platform offering a similar range of products as described above but branded as " Bio Vitos ", targeting traditional, European pharmacies and health-food retailers. 

The marketing and sales effort will be directed across Europe, with an initial focus on the opportunities in Sweden, Denmark and Germany. Pro-Vitos ' and Bio Vitos ' websites presently carry Swedish-, Danish-, German- and English-language product and other information.

Mark Pajak, non-executive director of Craven House, stated, "We are gratified to see one of our most recent, simultaneous e-business investments making immediate progress in executing its sales and marketing strategy.
