On 1 July 2010, the Company was informed by Maji Capital Partners Group Plc ("Maji") that following a disposal of shares on 1 July 2010, Maji no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.

Also on 1 July 2010, the Company was informed by PDT Holdings Ltd ("PDT") that following a disposal of 3,000,000 ordinary shares on 1 July 2010, PDT now holds 44,773,723 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 38.41% of the current issued share capital.
