The Company announces that it was informed on 2 June 2010 by Alexandra Eavis, a director of the Company, that Infinity Corporate Finance Limited, of which Alexandra Eavis was the sole director, has been placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation.  Infinity Corporate Finance Limited was a wholly owned subsidiary of Maji Capital Partners Limited.
