Further to the announcement on 24 May 2005 of the appointment of John Worby as
non-executive director to Cranswick plc, and as required by Rule 16.4 of the UK
Listing Rules, John is currently a director of Genus plc, Uniq Pension Scheme
Trustees Limited and Stoke Park Avenue Limited. He was previously Finance
Director and Deputy Chairman of Uniq plc prior to retirement.


There are no further disclosures as required by paragraph 6.F.2(b) to (g) of the
UK Listing Rules.
