The following Final Terms dated 2 April 2020 under the Coventry Building Society €7 billion Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by Coventry Building Society Covered Bonds LLP, are available for viewing:

£850,000,000 Series 12 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due April 2024
