The Board of Coral Products PLC ('the Company') received notification on 8 March
2006 pursuant to sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 that on 6 March 2006
and on 8 March 2006 The Union Discount Company of London Limited acquired
100,000 and 50,000 ordinary shares respectively in the Company. Following this
transaction The Union Discount Company of London Limited now owns a total of
2,245,120 ordinary shares, representing 11.16% of the Company's total issued
share capital.
