The Board of Coral Products PLC ('the Company') received notification on 17
February 2006 pursuant to sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 that on 16
January 2006 The Union Discount Company of London Limited acquired 100,000
ordinary shares in the Company. Following this transaction The Union Discount
Company of London Limited now owns a total of 2,090,120 ordinary shares,
representing 10.39% of the Company's total issued share capital.
