LEASE AGREEMENT WITH B&M RETAIL IN ASHBY-DE-LA-ZOUCH

 

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar"), the property investment and development group, is pleased to announce that, on Friday 1 December 2017, it exchanged a lease agreement with B&M Retail Ltd ("B&M") to construct a 20,000 square foot store with an additional 7,500 square foot garden centre and 79 car parking spaces at its site in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The lease and construction of the store are conditional on planning approval and the planning application for this development will be submitted in the New Year. The development will occupy the remaining two acres of the site after the construction of the M&S Food Hall which was recently completed.
