                              Director Resignation


The board of directors ('the Board') of the Conygar Investment Company PLC 
('Conygar' or 'the Company') announces that Gavin Davidson, executive director,
has resigned from the Board with effect from 17 December 2004.


The Board wishes to thank Gavin for his work in the period since the admission
of the Company's shares to AIM in October 2003 and wishes him every success for
the future.  The Board expects to work with Gavin in the future on suitable
projects.
