Acquisition of Shares

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ('the Company') advises that it received notification on 25 February 2009 from Michael Wigley, Non-executive Director, that he had purchased 50,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company at a price of 91p per share on 25 February 2009.

Following this transaction his holding in the Company is now 260,000 ordinary 5p shares representing 0.62% of the total voting rights.
