                            DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING



The Company announces that it was notified today of the following transactions
in the Company's shares completed by two directors of the Company.


On 25 June 2007, Nigel Hamway purchased 20,000 of the Company's ordinary shares
at 229 pence per share and Michael Wigley purchased 20,000 of the Company's
ordinary shares at 229 pence per share. After this transaction, Nigel Hamway
holds 167,000 of the Company's ordinary shares and Michael Wigley holds 170,000
of the Company's ordinary shares, both representing approximately 0.42 per cent.
of the issued ordinary shares of the Company.
