                           RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The Board announces that due to ill health Terry Radford has resigned as a
director of Harrier with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Terry
for his work in building the Group to its current size.


Terry Radford has also sold 300,000 shares in Harrier at a price of 65p per
share. He is now beneficially interested 1,781,953 ordinary shares
representing 6.23 per cent. of the issued share capital.
