Directors Shareholding announcement released at 15h30 on Friday 4 April 2003
under RNS Number 6761J. In the case of each director, details of the number of
shares purchased were incorrectly stated, with corresponding errors for the
enlarged shareholdings and percentage interests. The full corrected version
appears below.
