The Company was informed on 8 January 2003 that, having sold 582,750 ordinary
shares in the Company to certain of its private customers, City Equities now
holds 994,500 shares representing approximately 3.04% of the Company's issued
share capital.

The Company has also been informed that Gartmore Fund Managers have increased
their holding in the Company to 2,346,000 ordinary shares representing 7.18% of
the Company's issued share capital.
