                           Transaction in own shares


The Company announces that it purchased 17,216 of its ordinary shares of 10p
each on 1 September 2005 at a price of 172.5 pence per ordinary share.  The
Company intends to hold these share in treasury.  Following the purchase of
these shares, Creston holds 17,216 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has
36,704,146 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
