Purchase of Own Shares

Creston plc announces that on 28 June 2007, it purchased 30,000 of its ordinary
shares of 10 pence each at a price of 164 pence per share. The purchased shares
will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, Creston plc
holds 94,824 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 55,666 ,414 ordinary shares in
issue (excluding treasury shares). "
