Creston PLC ('the Company')

 Proposed acquisitions of Marketing Sciences Limited and Synergie Consulting
Limited

The Company announces that it has agreed to purchase the entire issued share
capital of Marketing Sciences Limited and Synergie Consulting Limited. These
transactions, under the Listing Rules, constitute a reverse takeover and
consequently the listing and dealings in the ordinary shares of the Company
are being suspended pending a further announcement relating to these
transactions and the publication of an explanatory circular and listing
particulars, which are expected shortly.
