                                 RESULTS OF EGM


At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today to approve the acquisition of
the EMO Group Limited, the necessary resolution was passed unanimously on a show
of hands. Of the votes that would have been cast on a poll more than 99 per
cent. would have been cast in favour of the proposal.
