Result of Annual General Meeting

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer solutions for critical applications, announces the result of the voting put to its Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

Resolutions 1 to 8 were passed by the requisite majority whilst Resolutions 9 and 10, which relate to the disapplication of pre-emption rights and the Company's ability to purchase its own shares, were withdrawn from the business of the meeting. The Board will consider further engagement with shareholders on this matter in the future.
