Concurrent Technologies Plc ('the Company') announces that it received
notification today from Gartmore Investment Management plc that Gartmore
Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited  and Gartmore Global Partners
that after a sale of shares, Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers
Limited and Gartmore Global Partners have a revised notifiable interest in
7,562,493 Ordinary Shares of 1p each representing approximately 10.4% of the
issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.  These shares are held as follows:
