6,900 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), Ms J B
Annear, Director, purchased 16,900 Ordinary Shares, and Mr D Evans-Hughes,
Director, purchased 34,200 Ordinary Shares, all at a price of 29 pence per
share.
