Director/PDMR Dealing - Issue of Share Options

The Board of Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC) announces that on 23 October 2023, the Company granted share options of 2,265,520 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company (the "Share Options").

Of the Share Options granted, 638,627 Share Options were granted to Directors as shown in the table below:

A further 263,724 Share Options were granted to six employees of the Company, none of whom are considered to be PDMRs, and a further 1,363,169 Share Options were to two key employees of the Phillips Aerospace acquisition announced on 6 September 2023.

All the Share Options are granted under the Concurrent Technologies PLC Long Term Incentive Plan and have an exercise price of 1 pence and are subject to performance conditions linked to the increase in basic earnings per Ordinary Share for the complete years commencing with 1^st January 2024 and ending with the year ending 31^st December 2026.
