CI Capital Holding announced today that as part of the ongoing post-merger
integration plans Mr. Hisham Ezz Al Arab, Chairman and Managing Director of CIB,
will assume the Chairmanship position of CICH in addition to his current
responsibilities at CIB. Mr. Ezz Al Arab with twenty years of investment banking
experience in global banks across Europe and the Middle-East will be
instrumental for taking the company through the next phase of long term growth
plans. Mr. Ezz Al Arab replaces Mrs. Sahar El-Sallab who has been vital in
transforming the company from a local leading brokerage firm to a full fledge
Investment bank franchise in Egypt as well as an expending business in U.A.E.

CICH intends to pursue deeper integration with CIB to realize the maximum
potential synergies between the two companies.
