                               Holding in Company


The Company was notified on 20 July 2004 by the Universities Superannuation
Scheme Limited ('USSL') that following a recent sale of 25,000 of the Company's
ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares'), USSL is now interested in 435,500
Ordinary Shares representing 2.94 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary
Share capital. Accordingly, USSL no longer has a notifiable interest in the
Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.


The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Ltd (USS).
