The Company was notified on 1 March 2004 by Citigroup that following a sale by
Standard Life Investments ('Standard Life') of 50,000 of the Company's ordinary
5p shares ('Ordinary Shares') on 27 February 2004, Standard Life is now
interested in 392,910 Ordinary Shares representing 2.67 per cent. of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. Accordingly, Standard Life no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.


The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Stanlife Nominees Limited.
