                    DIRECTORS SHARE DEALING
                               

The  Company was notified today that Mr N Clark acquired  today
10,080  ordinary  shares of 5p each in the  Company  ('Ordinary
Shares')  at a price of £1.6658p per Ordinary Share.  Following
this  transaction,  Mr  N Clark's beneficial  interest  in  the
Company's  issued ordinary share capital has  risen  to  68,540
Ordinary  Shares which represents 0.49 per cent. of  the  total
issued ordinary share capital.
