The Company was notified on 10 June 2004 that during the course of the 8 and 9
June 2004 Mr N G Clark, a director of the Company, purchased 4,654 Ordinary
Shares of 5p ('Ordinary Shares') each at an average price of £3.7588 per
Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr N G Clark has a beneficial
interest in 113,789 Ordinary Shares representing 0.77 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
