Director's Shareholding


The Company was notified on 7 August 2006 that on 4 August 2006, Mr Nigel
Graham Clark, a director of the Company, purchased 2,845 Ordinary 5p Shares
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 210p per Ordinary Share. Following this
transaction Mr Clark has a beneficial interest in 123,571 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 0.8298 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
