Significant Interest in Shares and Total Voting Rights

Pinnacle Technology Group plc (AIM:PINN), the AIM listed, IT Managed Services Provider, announces it was informed yesterday that MXC Capital Limited ("MXC") is beneficially interested in a total of 1,197,778 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, which represents approximately 3.66 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Pinnacle advises that the issued share capital of the Company is 32,725,855 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. 

The above figure of 32,725,855 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
