The Company announces that it was notified today that Eric Martin Hagman,
Chairman, bought 1,333,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
today at a price of 1.5 pence per share. Following this purchase Mr Hagman is
interested in 3,333,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.02 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
