Retirement of Non-executive Director
At the Board meeting following the AGM today, it was announced that Lord
Cobbold (aged 63) had retired as a non-executive Director of the Board of
Close Brothers Group plc. Lord Cobbold had served for 7 years as a
non-executive Director and the Chairman paid tribute to his contribution over
that period.
