Close Brothers Group plc Director Declaration: Change in Director Details

Pursuant to its obligations under Listing Rule LR 9.6.11 R (3), Close Brothers Group plc ("the group" or "Close Brothers") wishes to notify that  Shonaid Jemmett-Page, who was appointed a non-executive director of the group on 1 August 2012, has now been appointed a member of the Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee, the Risk Committee and the Nomination and Governance Committee, each with effect from 1 August 2012.
