The Company announces that today it purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 267.5p each.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.  Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of 10,957,976 ordinary shares in issue, 33,000 of which are held in Treasury.
