On 27 May 2004, Chuchill China plc issued 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each
in connection with the exercise of share options.

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading.
Admission is expected to be granted on 2 June 2004.
