In accordance with sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended,
the Company was advised on Friday 1 July 2005 that on Thursday 30 June 2005
Landfinance Limited purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing
2.8% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Following this
purchase Landfinance Limited now hold 1,160,000 ordinary shares of 10p each,
representing approximately 10.7% of the issued ordinary share capital.
