In accordance with sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended,
the Company was advised on Friday 3 June 2005 that on Thursday 2 June 2005
Landfinance Limited purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing
0.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.  Following this
purchase Landfinance Limited now hold 785,000 ordinary shares of 10p each,
representing approximately 7.2% of the issued ordinary share capital.
