In accordance with sections 198 - 202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, the
Company was notified on Monday 4 July 2005 that, following the sale of 218,216
10p ordinary shares representing approximately 2.0% of the issued share capital
of the Company on Thursday 30 June 2005, INVESCO English and International Trust
PLC no longer had a notifiable interest in the shares of the Company.
