HOLDING IN COMPANY



In accordance with section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended, the
Company has been notified by HSBC Guyerzeller that on 21 January 2003
Landfinance Limited, a British Virgin Islands company, had purchased 150,000
shares in the Company.



Landfinance Limited now holds 467,500 ordinary shares representing 4.39 per
cent. of the issued share capital.
