Notice of the EGM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the first extraordinary general meeting ("EGM" or "Extraordinary General Meeting") for the year 2023 of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company") will be held at China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd., 201 Tianlin Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 27 November 2023 (Beijing Time), for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following resolutions.
AS ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS:
1. To consider and approve the high-quality development plan of the Company for the year 2023-2025
2. To consider and approve the proposed election of Mr. Chin Hung I David as Independent Director
of the ninth session of the Board of Directors
