Appointment of Financial Adviser and Broker

Highlands Natural Resources plc, the London listed oil and gas company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cenkos Securities plc as its financial adviser and broker, with immediate effect. 

Following its announcement dated 26 May 2015, the Company is in the process of preparing a prospectus in respect of its acquisition of a 75% interest in Diversion Technologies' current patent applications.  Pursuant to the publication of the prospectus, the Company proposes to apply for the re-admission to trading of its shares. 

A further announcement will be made in due course.
